In-office provider visits are $75. This fee covers your visit with the provider and if needed, a prescription request sent to your pharmacy. Any further procedures or tests will be in addition to the Provider fee. We treat mostly everything that a regular urgent care can treat except for fractures, since we do not provide x-rays.
We do not accept insurance and all fees are paid upfront. This allows us to provide higher quality care when an insurance company is not involved, spend more time with you at each visit, and allow you to participate in your healthcare decisions.
House-call/In-home provider visits are $150. Each additional patient in the household is only $50 each. *All In-Home/House-Call visits within 15 miles of our office location will incur a travel fee of $75; over 15 miles will incur a travel fee of $75 plus an additional $25 every 5-miles.
